Dr. Elkins’ Beef is made from Angus/Anguscross cattle that spend their entire lives grazing pastures at Buck Run Farm. They are not fed grain and are handled as humanely as possible. We do not use growth stimulants (hormones or antibiotics). Products flash frozen and cryovacced in 1 lb. packages:

• Angusburger – ground beef from muscle cuts normally used for steaks and roasts

• Stir Fry Steak & Chip Steak – lean cuts ideal for easy meals

• Grillers – Beef sausage in two flavors: garlic Keilbasa and Maple Ginger

• Soup and marrow bones, organ meats

• Custom Beef (frozen) : Whole Filets (tenderloin), mixed cut quarters and sides are available only by special order from the farm. Price varies.

• Also available and individually cryovacced: Whole Tenderloins, Individual Filets and Beef Jerky Sticks
